HAZARD...TORNADO. SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. IMPACT...EXTREME FIRE BEHAVIOR WITH STRONG OUTFLOW WINDS CAPABLE OF DOWNING TREES AND STARTING NEW FIRES.
