Yep. Unfortunately, that band will inevitably rob adjacent locations of lift so there will be some glaring holes in the heavy stuff. Nature of the beast.

Should be okay. Old Ellicott city is a better place to be than out by the fair grounds in west EC for sure. Not typical to say that whatsoever.

Yeeeeep. Some folks will definitely be disappointed seeing 6+“ reports within 10-15 miles of them while they barely scrape together a few inches.
