The blue in Franklin makes me blue. Will be interesting to see what USGS does tomorrow. Yesterday's rain will not count in their decision this week. Northern VA took the loss as well. Big swath there.
We shall see. LOL. If it is convection based, I would certainly not bet any money on it...I did see some MCS possibilities. But remember, 1" over 10 days is below normal. In July, one needs 1.52" every 10 days to maintain the norm.

I noticed a few 7 day totals under 1" (or close to under) in Adams, York and Cumberland. Storms definitely came alive farther East. No Franklin totals on the map I saw.

The Euro has been off so often I really do not look at it much any more. I occasionally look at it when bored. No favor on either one yet, they keep vacillating a bit!
