  1. HRRR has 7 more hours of this for the Central and Eastern PA areas. Ugg. Midnight high in the 55-60 area.
  2. Yep, I bet BRS is covered right now. We have switched mostly back to rain here.
  3. No one cares about this new guy, what does MU think?
  4. I basically paid no attention to this as to snow but did see some models, I think the RGEM was one, showing several inches of snow to my west.
  5. Just saw on the MA that parts of Frederick county MD have 1-2" of snow now and route 81 is closed? Also schools closing or closed. This is a Blizz type of cutter.
  6. Can I count accums on my East facing Window. 1/10th"?
  7. You may need the National Guard for the next one which is looking slightly colder.
  8. I think they do open again next week. The rain today and Friday will make them start over so going to take a few days to get open.
  9. We dropped to 30 when the heavier rain started. It will probably be 50 soon. We have had about 1/4" of rain already. Steady Easterly wind 20-30 with gusts.
  10. Even less than the Mesos for the LSV. Getting some ice accretion on the mailbox and trees right now. Nothing on the sidewalk.
  11. I see Ski Liberty opened up for one trail (beginner)... today and Friday is going to close them down again but maybe they get a short stretch of open in Late January
  12. The HRRR and 3K are not as juiced as I was expecting as to qpf today. Some 2" locations in areas East of mountains where it is wrung out but lots of under 2" areas as well. When I went to look, I was thinking it would be 2+" across the board for most of Eastern PA. The 55-60 degree temps will end my snow cover streak at 4 days. LOL
  13. Switched to rain here with an almost due East gust of 51 in the books.
  14. Some progs suggest you may need a WSW for the next cutter.
  15. 32 with a trace of snow in the books. Already quite windy with gusts 25-30
  16. I think we are close to being trackable for the 16th and that low also heads straight for NE Canada which is a key in keeping our cold longer into January.
  17. I think the pattern relaxes at some point....without Atlantic help, I feel the last week of Jan may be warmer than the 7-10 days before. Let's hope we make hay before hand OR that third storn does something productive pattern wise other than drift out to sea.
  18. I was the one that riled up man on the mountain with the punt word and I stand by my comment. If that 16-20th low does not run under us and intensify to our North East, and act to fight off the relaxation in the pattern, we could have a good week or more period of AN temps on the heels on the cold spell.
  19. Those dates are what we were talking about. Jan 15-20th. A nice cold stretch from the 13th for 7-10 days and then a relaxation...
  20. As bad as the Philly Football Team has played for the last month and one half, drawing TPA is the best they could have hoped for.
  21. Ruin said all the previous runs were showing snow, to avoid any confusion. And I agree, if we miss MLK, we punt the rest of Jan.
