Plowed that 96 storm stalled out and just never stopped snowing. I had to blast thru some parking lots with 6FT if snow. My truck got stuck plenty. Plowed 14hrs took a 2 hr break and plowed another 24 straight. That stormed plowed for a week. Picked up some new accounts that week lots of plows broke down or they couldnt get to. Sold my truck after that yr never to plow again. Blood Money- 3,610 replies

Because they are too busy announcing a massive snowstorm for the weekend that was never going to be a massive snow storm. Massive is 2FT + not 6-8"- 3,610 replies

Jan 96 storm stalled out. That storm was responsible for me selling my snow plow and truck the following yr. Made lots of $$ that winter. Plowed for 7 days after that storm. Lots of new business due to nobody being able to hit their accounts. That amount of snow increases road hours drastically and vehicle breakdowns. Made 75k on that storm alone. Blood Money body takes a beating between hitting snow banks, reversing vehicle, dropping/raising/ angling plow and lack of sleep not to mention that storm in particular getting my vehicle stuck at least 10x due to snow drifts a couple as high as 8ft Nobody to shovel your vehicle out but you

I know the thrill is in the chase and interpreting the various models but in reality you do not want to be in bullseye a week out, 5 days out or even 3 days out there is very little chance it verifies. This storm will be 100 miles from where current projections are
