    71F / DP 70F You can definitely feel the DP increase (tropical feel) but w/the temp at 71F, overcast and nice breeze it feels pretty good, windows open...

    Yeah, I've given up on catastrophic rains. I'm focusing more on severe T-storms or, if I'm lucky, a F3+ tornado...
