  1. I'm rooting for hours of heavy rain with temps in the mid teens...
  2. I was always a big fan of the angry clouds. It meant there will be something going on. And when you saw multiple angry clouds on his super generic map...oh yeah. But the best was an angry cloud off the carolina coast and a happy ass cloud in the prime position to the north...the party is on!
  3. I would pay big money for another 1994...
  4. Damn, Cold Duck...haven't heard that in a while. Back during the snowstorms of the 70s my neighbor would put several 16oz cans of Piels in the snow before shoveling. Back then being 8yrs old or so I thought, "what the hell is he doing?". Now I know EXACTLY what he was doing!!!
  5. Nice to see your snow pile is growing. The sleet/frz rain Sat night will be the perfect jacket for longevity . And along with your kettle fire you should add Ketel one. You don't even need a freezer for ice cold vodka, just jam it in the snow. Good times...
  6. I usually just refer to it as "The Blizzard of 83'....
  7. Refresher...works for me. Hoping for a very cool and rainy (perhaps some snow?) Spring.....we are always screwed during Summer w/HHH at some point though. 32F / Overcast
  8. You, I and JTA66 in Lansdale will be pretty much similar in totals. If someone asked me since I don't keep "exact" amounts....I would have said 27 - 30". That damn snow drought from 12/16 till end of Jan really screwed things up in my mind from a solid classic winter... 29F/overcast
  9. Yeah, I know what you mean. I took/take my father to that Shoprite occasionally after a storm and they do make a huge snow pile.... 26F / cloudy / Approx 2-2.5"
  10. Snow plow guy just went up the road scraping the bejebus out of the asphalt so I'm guessing 2"+....light snow / 27F
  11. Big dog fan here, hate cats. Let them fight.. Steady light snow / 27F
  12. When I lived along Rt422 (Phoenixville, Royersford, Limerick) deer were everywhere. I hit one. I don't mind them being mellow in the backyard but when they bolt across a highway when I'm doing 65-70mph...screw that! Steady light snow / 27F
  13. Just took a walk...tad more than I thought. A solid 1.5"+....2" looks like a lock...3"/3"+? 1am pictures:
  14. Believe or not I see more fox around here than deer. They're super mellow and just go about their business. I was on the North Wales facebook community page and people said the same w/pictures. Taking a Jebwalk to Wawa shortly for a coffee and to be outside. Nothing like big snow mounds around you, peaceful in the middle of the night while it's snowing.... 28F / light snow
  15. The best I had so far was a "steady" light snow. The flakes were consistent but so damn small! Overall happy, everything has whitened up and I'm expecting 2" or so....
  16. It's real easy to get flakes larger than an atom from an hour ago. Damn, they were small. A littler larger here as well but not ground breaking. Roads covered, this event is the definition of a refresher...28F here as well. I don't think we'll ever hit mod intensity and forget about heavy....
  17. Accu Weather @ 11pm really not thrilled w/this event for Philly and the N/W burbs...
  18. Fox29 added a banding area of 4-6". Light snow/ 29F
  19. Nice! Never been there but heard good things....only a couple miles from here. Expect some snow/sleet and don''t be a weenie, pay attention to your fiancee and not weather models and radars...
  20. North Wales....near Lansdale. Fine light snow falling...30F
  21. Some flakes but heavier echoes just to the west... 30F
  22. Yeah, I originally thought midnight then jacked it back to 10pm+...now maybe earlier??
  23. Some people go on a power trip being a "Mod"...
