  1. Appears all systems going as planned: Temp: Hanging between 23-24F DP: 12F (so temps will drop w/steady/heavy precip) Radar filling in and some good echoes moving up...thinking 4-5am we'll see some flakes depending on virga. See what NWS thinks/update is posted within an hour or so...
  2. That's impossible. He hasn't posted in months/years...that's his job. I think he'll get drilled and blow up the server w/weenie tags against him if he would make a post...
  3. My goal is to get my work/laundry/shower and small crap done before the GFS, Euro then crash till pre-dawn. I'll hang with the Nam beforehand for entertainment purposes. Overall thinking, 3-5" then "stuff"...not horrible. 22F now, not bad.
  4. ?? It happens all the time in every forum (subforum) on this site. Nothing should be taken that seriously. Anyhow, greenskeeper keeps close guard and weenies violators....and paid well! 23F
  5. I know some like seeing snow during daylight but this would be a much better overnight storm IMO....really much better.
  6. Not at all. Sure, put it in your weenie book then melts 15 mins later is not real snow. If it gives you a sense of stat accomplishment, carry on....
  7. Wouldn't go that far....probably couple/several hours of fun.
  8. Not at all, I agree. It's just some forum members don't think it exist. It really does. Just going outside today w/the sun glaring, it's quite noticeable. Glenn's last update saying "the snow will accumulate well early on"....meaning sun angle will kick in.
  9. Glenn's totals, snow/sleet as of 5:20pm and he mentioned "sun angle" for the weenies who don't believe it....
  10. So shoveling the folks driveway should be nice and light? Outstanding! Watching Glenn...appears he's heading more sleeti-ish. 29F
  11. Couldn't ask for a better spot for the pink stuff. Iit pretty much covers the majority of this subforum. What happens after 1pm or so....spotty light stuff till the end?
  12. That makes more sense as a average. Somehow Allentown will receive 10"+ though....they are a snow magnet.
  13. The thing about that model which doesn't make sense is Philly burbs and far burbs don't exceed 6"?
  14. Accu weather at noon shifted the heavier snow SE (closer to Philly) from their prediction earlier this morning...
  15. He said there will be a 5-6 hr period where it will fall heavy...a.k.a "thump". 28F
  16. I'm always worried about a warm layer sneaking in too early and before you know the pinging begins...
  17. Glenn at 11:00am newscast....looks solid to me. 28F
  18. Accu Weather at 5:48am...pretty much as I would call it at this point.
  19. 3:41am update 23F Long duration for sure...
  20. Or dumped and went bridge jumping with Animal... 25F
  21. Quite honestly his dated map seems to be pretty correct as far as I'm concerned and I would hold. 3-6" in/around Philly then 6 -8" (or so) once you hit the burbs... 31F
  22. I don't know his routine...it's confusing. So many guess maps then a final call. Since that one is 10+hrs old...it's probably dated.
  23. ^Looks like that was released 1045 this morning?
  24. Winds have really picked up in the last hour or so...(20mph+) 33F
