  1. Friend of mine is a chemical engineer and a few years back decided to grow a few plants in the basement. MY GOD, it smelled like old time weed! You could smell it outside...not sure of his technique but he did it right. Now that his child is getting older he decided to knock it off for the time being but man they should hire hire at one of those growing dispensaries...
  2. I would just delete late Spring and all of Summer if I were the weather President. Also, kill all pollen, gnats and mosquitoes and any other annoying insect/bug who try to bother me as I BBQ/eat outside... 44F
  3. Thought I saw .25-.5" each day, Sat and Sun, so nothing super major. 30F here currently so your pile will probably get a glaze tonight....
  4. Is that $100/wk...$400mth out of your pocket? Does insurance kick in any?
  5. Feel bad for you man putting the effort into the "snow pile" just to get drilled every day. I'm getting drilled daily and with another sunny day tomorrow and a rainy/warm weekend...may only eek out some parking lot/shaded snow piles next week.
  6. Do you still use the medical program regularly and what is the cost? What do you pay...insurance pays and for how much? I was never a "pothead" just occasionally on weekends when we could get it. If I remember correctly in my late teens/early 20's (late 80's/early 90's)...there were "nickel bags" ($5)..."dime bags ($10) then 1/8oz bag($20-$25)) and 1/4oz bag ($40). What some people don't realize even if does become legal....your job will still "piss test" you and if you show up "dirty", you could still get fired.
  7. Depends on the individual. I have mild anxiety and when I had some in my 20s and was in public, it kicked the anxiety way up. In a controlled environment (camping, backyard, home) it mellowed me out. Some of my friends could smoke it anywhere w/no problem. It all depends....
  8. Pretty sure they're only opening (licensing) 37 shops for the first 2 years in the whole state of NJ which isn't too much. I'm sure they'll tax the complete hell out of it...
  9. Which will melt 1-2hrs after it stops and then some. Not here, I'll be fishing locally throughout... 49F
  10. Between the ponding and curb-side river flow today I caught 2 trout (1 keeper) and a catfish off the front porch...still 51F at 9pm, many more hours of fun.
  11. Four more days with temps 40 and 50+ along w/rain it will cave...by March 1st not much will be left besides parking lot piles.
  12. 56F at 3:30pm The sun and temps have done mean things to the snowpack...
  13. 55F @ 1:50pm DST starts in 18 days (3/14)...
  14. 42F at 12:15am. I noticed they (accu weather) upped my overnight low from 30F to 34F. Hell, I don't think I'll even make it down to 34F at this rate...
  15. We suck at drafting WRs and have so many needs. I wouldn't be opposed to trading down for multiple picks...
  16. I'm cooking hotdogs on the hood of my car around 1-2 pm....all welcomed especially greenskeeper who may be guest host.
  17. Imagine tomorrow w/the highs 50F+ and sun. Lord have mercy on any snow pack....
  18. Yeah, just going outside you can just hear dripping, drainpipes flowing and a couple birds chirping...depressing. 42F
  19. Damn, some rain moving in? This week will be depressing w/temps in the 40s (50s?) and rain over the weekend with no real signs of snow... 35F
  20. If you ever decide to invest in a "Mildo" snow making machine, I'd pay money to see the expression on their face. Most people try to rid themselves of snow...meanwhile you're pumping it out at full throttle and creating large piles. You may see "For Sale" signs popping up around your house after you have a foot accumulation/large piles while the neighbors lawns are bare. Kids would dig you though...
