  1. Snow/wind cranked up a notch. Sidewalks/streets starting to cover. Dropped a degree to 27F and heavier echoes moving in...
  2. Picking up in intensity and wind.... Temp holding steady at 28F
  3. Flipped to sleet in VA...still heavy snow in Balt.
