As Glenn mentioned yesterday many places out there don't have A/C which would suck as I'm nice/cool in A/C waiting for the 4pm Phils game...

Today was the transition day to heat....tomorrow a little hotter then an all out BBQ blazing weenie fest Mon - Wed! I'm completely missing any sprinkles/light rain shower....all to the N and S of me. 86F / DP 71F

Already a mess out there at a little after 5am. Probably fire up the A/C by 7am, go out to pickup some jet fuel for the lawnmower then finish up by 9am and head into the frozen tundra and call it a day...

Rant (s): Hate to sound mean but why are they still saying 160 people "still missing" in the Florida building collapse? I say at best 3 are still alive and giving families false hope. Yeah, a heavy brick /stone 12 story falls at 1:30am and people just survive? The people on the 6-12 floor would die from height. Those below get squashed even if they survive the height. I say by Sunday they (media) slowly start saying "we doubt anyone could survived." Sick of Brittany and her mental issues. Millions have mental issues but don't get her attention 24/7. Hot summer days are for sinners. Backdoor cold fronts, clouds, east winds and the sounds of night time critters is where it's at...

Looks like 7pm out there w/the clouds/darkness and light showers even though it's 4:30pm. Glad I cut the lawn early this morning. A/C on, Golf and Phils on, beer on, Summer solstice tomorrow and I may try to BBQ a steak....simple pleasures. 77F / DP 67F

Even this early (5:30am), you can just feel/tell today will feel much worse than the past several days. Stagnant, more humid but at least there's a chance of some boomers later this afternoon... 66F / DP 65F

We may fry a bit this weekend (not overly) but things become normal/below normal early next week moving forward. These low DPs and a breeze lately are great. Windows open at night and chill out. Great sleeping weather... 63F

Your post above to "remotely" blaming Embiid" is horrible....Simmons is the problem. What Center can score/move/rebound/pass and shoot 86% from them line!!! Wilt, Russell,Shaq etc would die to shoot 86% from the line...
