Fellow spotters, remind me of the rules... I've measured each hour and won't wipe the board until 6pm. But can I report these intermediate values? I think yes, right?

Hoping to avoid rain, but not sure. 3" is definitely solid compared to what I feared at times the last day or two.

3" on the button, so 1.8" in the last hour! Sleet now. Grass is nearly all covered, so it's better than most of our storms... Let's see what happens now.

1.2". 0.9" in the last hour. Biggest December snowfall since 2017! Coming down well right now. Feeling good about 2" and 3" seems quite possible?

CC mix line has been pretty stationary for a little while thankfully. I'd like our rates to pick up soon so we can max out the snow time.

We do have some semblance of blocking. A track up the Bay would be rain to Binghamton if there wasn't that high pressure/confluence/blocking. It's not 100% perfect, but the best we've had in ~22 months.
