  1. Doing well today. Over .6" and still going. 59F. Just a perfect Sunday.
  2. Picked up .29". Hopefully, more to come.
  3. 49F for the low. See a number of PWSs in the area in the low 40s.
  4. Low of 50F. Looking at the network of PWSs, I'm seeing numerous stations in the mid 40s just to the east. Wow.
  5. Yeah, "strong" cold fronts now get us down to just +2F anomalies.
  6. 9/6: .13" 9/7: .94" 9/8: .19" 9/9: 1.80" 9/10: .06" 9/12: .34" Sep: 3.46" Things look so much more green now. Unfortunately, it looks like we're going bone dry again for the foreseeable future.
  7. The times they are a changing. It wants to rain here again!! Picked up a much appreciated .34".
  8. And Green Bay says goodbye to that 1st rounder next year.
  9. Wished we did better yesterday with precip, but it was great to have a completely cloudy day. Love those. 9/6: .13" 9/7: .94 9/8: .19" 9/9: 1.80" 9/10: .06" Sep: 3.12"
  10. The ball sticks to your hands. Makes you feel like Dr. J.
  11. I had 50% more rain since Wednesday than I had total from June 25 - Sep 5.
  12. Yeah, over 3" since Wednesday. The tide seems to have turned here. I hope your time comes tomorrow.
  13. 1.8" of glorious rain. Man, that felt good. The local drought, at least, took a nice denting the past few days. 9/6: .13" 9/7: .94" 9/8: .19" 9/9: 1.80"
  14. Well. I was having to use it everyday, so there wasn't much point. Lol. Plus, that's the builder's hoses they left; mine is stored away in the garage. Once watering season is over, that one is going in the dumpster. And watering season may have just ended today!
  15. This is 100X better than anything I've seen this year. Still going.
  16. Got something to form inbound. Getting slapped good right now!
  17. NOVA is going to get multiple inches based on that radar. And I literally am going to get completely shut out.
  18. I see the dry pocket has already formed for the shenandoah desert. Perfect U with rain west, south, and east. And we managed to bake all day in 90F sun on top of that.
  19. Ended up with .19" yesterday. Flooding imminent. 9/6: .13" 9/7: .94" 9/8: .19"
  20. Here comes another round. Some places here have done well today. No doubt this line will split and go around me also. Like clockwork. Split down the middle, then that whole line washed out as it passed, nothing left but cell to the west. More light rain. "Hit" by 3 storms today and don't have even .15" to show for it.
  21. I did well yesterday. But one day is not gonna do it. Need to capitalize on these chances before the pattern snaps back to shutout mode. It's obvious we're not getting any tropics help this year.
