  1. Could end up with something next weekend but if I'm being totally honest, the GEFS and GEPS both moved significantly away from a large coastal storm now. Haven't seen 12z eps yet. Most individual solutions are no phase and any wave slides off the SE coast or sloppy phase with just a lighter event and fropa. Regardless, pattern still looks active after this so plenty more chances next few weeks.
  2. Coastal near S Assateague/N Chincoteague on ICON. Good spot
  3. Fwiw, which ain't much, the NAVGEM jumped N
  4. Retro scandy is the most classic way we keep our -NAO going. Very happy seeing this.
  5. FV3 hammers SE PA with round 2 from the ULL and developing coastal. Much N.
  6. I will take my 4" and double my current seasonal snowfall thank you very much
  7. Even NYC is into accumulating snows now. Things are escalating rather quickly.
  8. Mesos continue to expand the heaviest to the Northern side. 24hrs+ to go still and we are getting decent jumps N with precip from all the hi res models.
  9. I wanted to try this as a local beer up my way but was skeptical. Decent stuff eh?
  10. Damn, I forgot how solid of a beer Founder's Porter is. And great price point as well. Just had a Southern Tier Irish Cream Stout....didn't care for it dont waste your money. Has sort of an artificial sweet vanilla aroma and flavor. Sticking with the Founder's.
  11. That would be ironic as ensembles ALL had that date as the coldest in YEARS less than a week ago. What a turn of events that would be. Then you should be 5-posted for even putting such a comment out there in the universe. I would only blame you Chuck
  12. Seems fitting if we miss to South on the first one then miss late on the Miller B development with the second. I'll weenie tag myself and see my own way out now, ty
  13. While shorter range it is still ran off of its parent global initialization parameters. I dont consider it a true meso model.
  14. Pretty much as expected all the meso models are initializing better and seeing the bump N as we get closer. NAM 3k, RAP, HRRR, SREFs.
  15. Snow has tapered here and .5" in Ivyland for the total
  16. Funny with that piece of guidance....was the farthest North a few days ago and now the farthest South.
  17. Just a side note....those totals out in the midwest are crazy. This thing is juicing up as it gets closer.
  18. I'm not sure it's the fronto forcing that lifted north or if it is the effects from this new coastal development. Shame it can't stall out under the block or crawl at least
  19. 18z gfs delivers the goods. Seeing a different evolution to the system now with a quasi phase and coastal redevelopment. Interesting changes in regards to the confluence allowing some room for the system to breathe and not shear.
