  1. If we can get past the next 10 days of miserable cold rains I think we will have the worst of it behind us with warmer and drier conditions in March
  2. 6 to 8 inches of rain in N GA up to CLT the next 8/9 days.
  3. This run was a small step in the right direction I think
  4. Euro appears to be slightly quicker with the cold push so far after Saturdays rain
  5. NWS forecast was a high of 52 and mostly cloudy, it's currently 56 and mostly sunny
  6. I was on Wright and eastern wx and wasn't ban and I know I'm one you are mentioning.
  7. Honestly this should be getting more attention. Definitely could be flooding issues with this amount of rain
  8. That low is so amped up, there is a legit severe threat for eastern SC and NC
  9. It's eerily quiet.. Probably because of this
  10. Look at that cool representation of a leeside eddy coming off of the Appalachian chain in GA, SC, and NC
  11. The Canadian is trending that way too unfortunately. Already slower with the cold push and much warmer Sunday
  12. The GFS has basically no wintry precip south of the NC/VA border the next 8 days
  13. You can tell how desperate we are for winter weather making storm threads on 35° rain storms
  14. Shows the fail zone along the Blue Ridge from McDowell to Wilkes county nicely
  15. And... another cold rain later next week lol
  16. The low just rockets way too far inland in miller b style, and the TPV is too slow to anchor itself in CAD position like grit says. This has been the trend the last few days on the EPS.
  17. From freezing rain one run to almost 70 in SC the next
  18. Look at the difference, its still ice for some but way warmer
  19. The differences between Euro runs is laughable, more marginal setup
  20. its 15 to 20 degrees warmer on todays Euro on Sunday night/Monday morning in most of NC.
  21. Give me a day like today instead if no snow
  22. The euro has burned me a few times this year, hard to take its solutions as serious as years past. Next week is our real chance, I don't think the Thursday or Friday systems will be cold enough except for the NC/VA border areas. Who wants multiple days of 35 and rain?
