The models show it being pretty dry the next 10 days but I don't trust it. With the ground moisture improved I think we see more thunderstorms than modeled.
Amounts have generally went down and there is a lot of dry air on the west side. I think 1-2 inch amounts and not as many 3 or 4 inch. Also it's going to start pretty late this afternoon or evening looking at the radar and satellite.
Dang son! I haven't caught anything like that this year. South Toe has been kinda blah when I went. I did see a 26-28 inch rainbow that wouldn't bite a thing of course. I'm gonna try and go somewhere this weekend rain or shine.
Same here plus I have company coming that day. I do hope we get a good soaking rain to get the water levels back up and fish moving. Low water equals an early end to trout season.
We could definitely use the rain but I think east of 77 will see the heavy rain with light amounts west of there into the foothills and mountains. It will be cooler than average regardless with the NE flow
