  1. Hi Res Nam is getting a bit concerning for foothill peeps don't want it to trend anymore north
  2. I should have been more specific it had downtown AVL getting 4 to 6 inches and it didn't. I have watched the HRRR for years its not bad but not as good as the Hires Nam
  3. It didn't do that well for the Christmas eve storm, it had 4 to 6 inches in Buncombe when in reality it was 2 to 3.
  4. All of McDowell County is over 6 inches with many approaching a foot
  5. There's not much cold air in the extended on this Euro run lol
  6. It goes above freezing all the way to New York. Where's the block?
  7. Yea too warm and amped for most unfortunately
  8. Classic SE flow. Blue ridge escarpment will have power issues
  9. Biggest run yet of the Euro for mountains and foothills boom
  10. I think the latest NAM and HI Res NAM run has some Mets sold. Even Jason Boyer is upping totals
  11. UK also has a storm with lighter amounts but it's good to see some agreement
  12. Yep good run of the Para big snow for WNC
  13. Para GFS has a lot more moisture for western areas
  14. The GFS issues is as much about lack of heavy precip as it is temperature
  15. No one over a few inches even in the mountains
  16. It's definitely on my mind. You don't want to see the forcing setup south of you. I think the further north outcomes are better here. March 08 still haunts me.
  17. It's nice that most of the short range and Hi Res models have nice solutions for us, I will say that. But until some globals beef up totals I agree with Met
  18. SREF means are about the same as last run. Hickory is actually a bit lower
