  1. Regardless on your stance about it's use as THC or CBD, the plant itself always looks nice. Tall green growth. 63/62 outside. Still some humidity outside, only threatening to rain but no measurable.
  2. I feel like Halloween Candy came out at Shaws Supermarket up here when they put away the 4th of July stuff. They have a “seasonal aisle” that they always seem to be one full season ahead of reality.
  3. Yikes. The talent was so hot it burst into flames?
  4. Good luck MPM. Congrats. Just a cloudy day up here today, still a bit dewy though. Plenty of water from yesterday, the mountain is soggy.
  5. I could see it. MLB rules are very weird with COVID. If you are vaccinated you do not need to get tested as much as unvaccinated, despite those players still transmitting it if they have it. Based on Cora and Bloom’s statements I could see the Sox just testing everyone and often. And MLB telling them they don’t have to. And they are like nah we are good, going to test all, not just symptomatic.
  6. Not up here. Hard to keep 70F when climo really nosedives in October. It’s a losing battle eventually.
  7. The goal is to extend the period of time with highs in the 70s… be it in the spring or the fall. That 70/50 that some on here find so boring… just let that go for weeks and weeks.
  8. Ha yeah they said that throw was like 320 feet I think. Think about your local high school football field and have a buddy go down in the far end zone… try and hit him in the chest with the baseball on one hop from the other end zone. It’s insane .
  9. Yeah nothing but respect for Jeter. The fact that his final at-bat was a walk-off hit in the bottom of the 9th is awesome too. He played with dignity and respect for other players and the game. One of the greats.
  10. Rain ended so emptied the Stratus… 1.77”. Good drink for
  11. Just a lot of water... Stratus is overflowing so no idea on total but the PWS next door on the edge of the golf course just crossed 1.60".
  12. Was on the golf course as this rolled in. Just got to the clubhouse in time. Now, 90 minutes later it is still pouring.
  13. Got home and 0.85” in the Stratus and pouring. Good drink. Local PWS maxed at a brief 3.55”/hr rate.
  14. The gust front on the leading edge of rain had to be 40+ at the course. Just instant whiteout and now standing water everywhere. A lot of liquid just came out lol.
  15. On the golf course as this rolled in. Just got to the clubhouse in time. This is wild.
  16. True but there should be some personal responsibility involved too. Living as a zombie sounds terrible. Anyway, great morning out. Loving the great sleeping weather lately, waking up cold to shut windows. Looks like an active evening up this way with storms.
  17. We’ll then that’s half the issue too, lol. Like showing an aerial of a wildfire in California and saying it’s threatening Kansas.
  18. Someone must be high as a kite to look at that photo and then write that headline, that’s amazing.
  19. Agreed. These guys usually don’t mess around in stuff that can become problems that easily. Something is going on, to have 3 resignations with very few details… there’s more to the story.
  20. Forgot about him too. His prose, poems and musings were awesome.
  21. Yeah man, what a hill to die on. Of all the things you could get fired or resigned for... producing fake vax cards? I'm a big VSP fan, and law enforcement in general, but that's a bad look for VSP that has now gone to national news this evening. Credibility is a trooper's number one attribute usually. It's their word against the defendant's. If their truthfulness comes into question, a lawyer might have a field day with this on previous cases too. I mean you are producing a lying document or statement whether you believe in it or not. Personal views are often removed from policing.
  22. What? What happened. I'll have to log into the YES broadcast.
