I still think low center goes more near coast or just inland. We may see a trough of low pressure move into mtns, but i think low center is closer to typical coast. However, lots of inflow may make it tough From brian to near PWM?

If it's like the GEFS we probably will relax, but not super torchy. If one extrapolated the EPS..it probably would turn into a conus wide Chinook. I feel like a mild up is inevitable to a point, but as to how much and how long...I don't know. In the meantime, we have a chance of trying to score something before that occurs. Hopefully we can.

It may end up being nothing, but near dawn saturday could feature some light snow or rain from a weakening system ahead of the larger and probably more liquid event.

You should get a real nasty pasting for a time. Tough to say if you flip to mix or rain as low hugs coast, but it’s possible you could be a 32f snow.

Chicago is gonna pound, especially away from the lake at first. The DVN radar shows some nice flake production in the higher tilts using specific diff phase. Probably some TSSN too. -
EPS has s better -EPO in the 8-10 day range at least. Maybe that can buy us a wintry event after that time before it relaxes a bit.

Brian actually starts out colder on the euro based on 925. But may end up a tad warmer as low hugs coast.
