Loon is probably ok if the track holds. Gets close, but I think they’re alright. I’m biased since it’s so easy to get to. If they get a pellet or two, it’s probably brief.

I’m thinking a little out of the box with the banding. The model QPF states those amounts, but the 700 low seems to argue for a bit more, hence why I mentioned that. We were talking about it in the general November thread too. Of course, easy to say that when you’re not in the hot seat.

Some guidance looks to end as some wet flakes late tomorrow aftn for ORH hills...maybe even for Kev.

JMHO, but I think those snow amounts near PF and Jspin will go up with the aftn package. Pretty good signal nearby for heavier snows. We'll see what 12z stuff says.

Yeah, it's a bit disappointing we couldn't get more out of it, but I'm not losing sleep over it. As cool as last November snow was, it didn't last long and December had just about nothing to show.

Well Saturday sillies aside, I don't see any big red flags with the overall look. Could it not work out? Sure, but I'll take what guidance is showing anyways. A decent Pacific and hopefully some blocking to at least start December.

Still near 60kts. 925 winds near 50kts on the GFS. That's good. Anyways, it's all in fun. Does look pretty darn chilly.

12/2 Might need to be watched, but my gut says might not be favorable for SNE. Honorable mention is 12/5-12/6 but again...not sure how that shakes as we are getting way out there.

Could be a lot of 50-60 stuff for like 2 days...lol. I don't see anything crazy at the moment, just drawn out winds. I could see Gondolas snapping off the line and flying into skiers.

Actually if the NAM is right, looks close to a PF jack based on mid level features. I thought the Pope said this would miss?
