  1. Yeah that’s a hell of a month up there
  2. Kevin thanks again for filling in the numbers for those of us who do not. I’ll look back at the log in info and try to do that myself. I like the addition of details like what Dave did.
  3. What were your totals in other storms? I know you had 25” on the first. That’s dam good.
  4. Yeah another wet year for sure. Think I’m similar for precip Steve.
  5. We 14.2 with another 0.1” sleet.
  6. Again how does this happen when freezing precip is in the forecast?
  7. 35 and good wx persist. Day 9 Or so of good weather overall. A December to remember.
  8. Tippy Telles Turn into Tobin Tumblers for the weenies?
  9. 96 was definitely better up this way vs 2016. My first 2' event.
  10. Probably in Jan 2013. LOL. But I think it started looking better at the end of the month in terms of the pattern. Only storm where I melted a few days prior, was in 2015 and if mets don't agree they're lying..lol. I thought for sure the system two days before Juno would kick it OTS. Never thought we had room for that to come closer. Boy was I wrong on that, but I think most mets would agree 9/10 times that is a kicker.
  11. Looking at my old pics while cleaning out attachments and making space, some classic images in there. Will have to bring them out soon.
  12. That's a great recap. Jan 2011 was epic weenie month in CT, esp western, SW CT. I have no issues with that month again though up this way. That 6 week stretch was great NW of PYM, but an under the radar epic screw job from Diane's old hood through the Cape. I guess they made up for it later on in the decade.
  13. Wait a minute..lol. I melted? I don't think I melted prior to Feb 13.
  14. Here is the thread I had about previous storms.
  15. I wonder if they have to have one of the companies have a monopoly. That is, they agree to run lines if they are the only provider? When that happens, they can sponsor technology like that. I honestly don’t know. What town is she teaching in?
  16. I didn’t know she was a teacher too? Good for you guys. Sounds like a topic for debate in school committee meetings.
  17. I would not venture out on anything deep. This is a shallow pond, virtually a swamp in summer. But I was impressed to see people on it.
  18. Pond hockey today. First time I’ve seen it this early around here, even in a shallow pond.
  19. Getting back to the whole internet in no man's land thing, why can't Mitch say he works from home and needs someone here to fix it immediately? Unless he already did that? I picture like that movie Funny Farm with Chevy Chase and the mail man. The cable guy just effs with poor Mitch. Drive's by, pretending to come and fix it only to peal out and laugh. I wonder if the schools there use rock walls for a chalk board?
