  1. Looks fairly formidable, pretty close to where the large wedge passed earlier.
  2. Large wedge in the ground with that storm NW of Canadian TX. Looks pretty legit but sometimes pictures can be a bit deceiving.
  3. Two tornadoes on the ground now in Texas embedded in that celll cluster. The southern one has a chance to go a while if it can stave off the crapvection around it.
  4. Agreed, things could've been a lot worse. Damage in Golden City looks pretty extensive, given how the storm started cycling just west of the city they probably avoided the worst. Some of the daytime pictures of the Jefferson City tornado show some brick structures severely damaged and some stripped down to very little, though it seems like the most damage was done in a more industrial area in the western part ot the city. The advanced warning and overall emergency preparedness is top notch in this country, the NWS/SPC did an amazing job yesterday.
  5. The cell east of Lebanon has some extremely strong rotation, it's very likely producing but seems to be in a rural area.
  6. https://mobile.twitter.com/AndrewABC17/status/1131442633837031430 Some really bad damage pictures starting to come in.
  7. That looks pretty bad, debris look to be close to 13K feet.
  8. That radar hole blows. Had a big CC drop though and it could've been fairly significant.
  9. Pretty strong couplet west of Eldon MO, there was a weak TDS with it about 5-10 minutes ago.
  10. Lots of areas of strong embedded rotation as we transition to a QLCS tornado threat. As others have said though, flooding will be a MAJOR issue.
  11. Looks decent but it was definitely stronger a bit SW of Golden City. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
  12. Major structural damage reported just west of Golden City. There are some clusters of a few houses both west and immediately north of them. I'm assuming the ones to the west got hit hard.
  13. Luckily it's moving through rural areas now as the GTG shear is as strong as it's been in its life-cycle. Edit; since there's another strong tornado on the ground, let me clarify that I'm referring to the one SW of Golden City MO.
  14. I don't think it did, extremely defined rotation comfortably south of Jasper.
  15. That's a densely populated area, hopefully it lifts.
  16. That storm is likely producing but at the current path should go well NW of them (if it holds together)
  17. If it's still on the ground, it'll be a VERY close call for Welch.
  18. Three tornado warnings in KS with a confirmed large tornado south of Holton.
