  1. My bad. I used my phone to get the totals for all the rain. Looking at the main desktop unit, I missed some rainfall. The totals since last Friday are such: 1.71" for Friday. 2.56" for the entire Thurs-Fri event. 5.86" for the week beginning Sunday, May 4th 6.40" for the entire period from the beginning of the ULL starting Friday, May 2nd
  2. 1.71" today. 5.77" since last Friday
  3. As I type we are at 1.15" for today with a 5.84" running total since last Friday evening. Here's the video from Tuesday's hail of an adventure...
  4. 0.85" finished off yesterday, and so far this morning, 0.70" since midnight.
  5. So sorry to hear this. Hopefully this gets resolved quickly and fully.
  6. I'm up to 0.80" for the day as I type. 4.64" since last Friday night.
  7. Check out this video. The driver films going through the I-40 gorge in TN and NC. You can see the extent of the incredible damage from last year's historical flooding event as well as the current reconstruction going on.
  8. That would put me close to 6" (of rain) since this past Friday.
  9. Crazy the lack of rain southeast of me. I'm at 3.84" since Friday night.
  10. When I get today's video edited and uploaded to YouTube and shared here, ya'll gotta check it out. It's gonna be a doozy!
  11. What we've got going on here in the east. Fogelville/Allentown to be exact. Broken clouds and sunshine and quite muggy...
  12. And here in Tamaqua we have broken clouds and sunshine. We'll see if that helps any storm formation later.
  13. Just picked up 0.13 in a quick, heavy shower.
  14. There was a tornado in Shoemakersville, Berks County also.
  15. Breezy with an off and on drizzle here. Just the kind of rainy day I like...not.
  16. 1.98" looks like it may be the day's total. Doesn't look like much coming up in the next few hours.
  17. And to your northwest. I've got 1.95" in the gauge since midnight up here in Tamaqua.
  18. So much for a steady soaker. It's pretty much been downpouring here for about a half hour plus. Up to 1.69" for the day now...
  19. I'm not a fan of gloomy weekend days, but this is good. A nice steady soaker. 1.14" so far today, and 1.68" since Friday night.
  20. Begging worked. Since midnight, I recorded 0.90"
  21. 0.09" here... My new grass is begging for more.
  22. Over in Pottsville having dinner and the air feels dry. I expected it to be a bit muggy today, but it doesn't feel like a storm day. At least not right now.
  23. I love good strong to severe storms. I'm just not into the hail component. We had a hail storm here in Tamaqua a bunch of years back with golf ball sized hail and it did a number on everyone's cars. Some had broken windshields and/or rear windows, but everyone had some good sized dimples.
  24. High end of my NWS forecast gives me over 3 inches of rain by Monday night.
