If we can hang on for a few more hours, I'll still be happy. With these rates, we'll do alright. Not 20" alright, but we'll have snow on the ground for days w/ the sleet that is progged for us. Just turnin lemons into lemonade.... -

Started a thread in hopes that it's one to remember. Enjoy gang. Been fun.
-
It's been long overdue. Finally something worth remembering in 2020 for what has otherwise been a horrid year for many. Separate thread in hopes that it's one to remember for most if not all of us. Been a long time since a forum wide event like this has happened. Hoping it's bookmarked for years to come. NWS forecast basically at go time..... Discuss, good luck to all..... and enjoy. Nut
-
first flakes in Etown 9:50 AM!! Let the fun begin. Good luck all. It's been fun trackin. Now let's enjoy the fruits of our labor (easy Atomix).
-
since they should be considered more as were in short range/go time. 6z 12z
-
Just posting for fun....its basically go time, but for us fringers a subtle shift here n there is a welcome thing. The rest of ya's are locked/loaded and staring down the barrel of a snow cannon. Enjoy every flake (pellet) you can.
-
Compared to last 2 runs of it....not sure I see what you see. Seems reasonable and deform looks to be showing some muscle to help on the backside.
-
-
agreed 100%. If you and I lose rates....were toast.
-
Soo....whatdya think about Horsts call? The warm nose is there, but its not a strong one IMO, and as i parse over meso's we only lose 850's and below for a 2-4 hr window. You see any surprises? I think we go to sleet at best, but little if any zr (and most models show this). I guess I'm hoping for dynamic cooling during max qpf to help us (if there are any surprises to be had for LSV).
