Thanks and agreed. The only thing I love more than searching for snow on computers, is seeing snow for real. I'll be on here much less once we get started as I'll be outside relishing the moment.

meso's starting to show us gettting dry slotted (which was discussed by Mag as a concern yesterday). Just need a little eastward movement of LP to help save us from too much dry time while our nw brethren are getting ccb'd.

for the ones that know me well, that is my ONLY payment method I accept. oh and fwiw, i got downgraded a bit. I'm still north of the 11 so I will roll w/ it. 12" is my snow goal for this one. Funny how you might get double that and your like 35 miles WNW of me.

Im planning on a post snowblowing cocktail tomorrow! My neighbors loovve when I get my big honkin snowblower out and they suddenly seem to like me all over again.

Really glad to see you in the hunt for this one. I"m feeling a bit better after seeing early am runs (for a chance at 12"). I'll take some sleet and let the crew to the N and W fight over who wins the big prize (which when we are looking at 12+24" accums is sorta crazy - but hey, it's a doozy and they don't happen all too often. Gonna be a good day no matter what happens or doesnt. It's gonna snow, and if there werent computer models to tease us....we'd all just be glad to see it falling. Enjoy.

I agree. Getting close enough that goalposts are narrowing. I think kpit is in the game. No ledges needed. We all win at different levels. I surely feel his fears tho just from the other side.

This was the correction I was suggesting might happen for you this morning. There was just a little too much bouncing around of LP's and it didnt seem right. Mind you ....no chest thumping yet, because we really have 3 more runs till show time, so this is just me feeling better about my suspicions possibly being legit.

Honestly its as good as we can expect here. I never thought or believed we'd be on the podium for snow amounts for this one. You to voyagerville and surrounding locals have been in the crosshairs and are in the jackspots. I'm pulling for all of you. I just want my 12+ and I'm set. If that deformation band plays out as modeled, I may run at 15".

@35 it still wants to jump the LP west (this is what I didnt get at 12z either), but the southward adjustment seems to help the thermal boundary and they are a little more stout.
