    Yeah, Boxing Day is on my favorites list up here, 18” and some terrific drifting enhanced by the open farm fields around me.

    93-94 might still be my favorite winter for the reasons mentioned above. Although we did better up here in the March 93 blizzard, 93-94 was a wall to wall old fashioned winter in comparison to decade plus of crap leading up to that winter.

    I would argue March 2017, at least it was IMBY. Some of he most intense wind driven snow I had ever witnessed...and then the dry slot reached my area which capped me at 20.0", could've been much more.

    2010-2011 Snow cover (2S KMGJ): 1" or more from 12/27 - 3/6. At least a trace from 12/27 - 3/6. 10"+ from 12/27-2/25 (I think, my snowpack records are light during January until 1/26 when I recorded 14") Max depth I have recorded was 20" on 2/4

    My uncle is down near Panama City as part of the relief effort, he posted this photo yesterday of a transmission line tower...blown close to a mile away from its footing...

    I don't believe he is as per the response above. The one measurement refers to the max accumulation that day, not the one measurement at a set time each day that COOP follows.

    LOL, I was just calculating in my head yesterday how many days until the sunset starts getting later again. I like to think that we’ve educated some folks over the years but the job isn’t done.

    LOL. St. Paddys Day mixes are in full rotation by the middle of February. But there is a lot of material to work with, how many different Christmas songs are there really out there? I know there are different people doing the songs their own way but whats the over/under on how many songs there actually are?

    Christmas music is not allowed until after Santa Claus appears in the Thanksgiving Day parade. I am also digging the Charlie Brown flakes out there this morning.
