    There are exceptions yes, maybe that happens this time but I doubt it. The lack of snow/ice cover has been understated all winter and a likely reason why cold shots have underperformed etc.

    No solar panels here. But we have seen LR forecasts for cold consistently fail or come in shorter/more muted. Sell.

    This winter gives 01-02 a run for it nationally-almost no snowcover anywhere outside of mountain areas

    that's why there's no cold pattern coming there is zero cold or snowcover ANYWHERE. We're just unlucky to have a storm over us otherwise we'd be pushing 70

    98-99 was horrid here. I can't remember anything notable but I'm sure we had a moderate event or two like this year but I do remember it being mostly warm from front to end

    another good bust here-forecast was for 51 and cloudy-ended up partly sunny by noon and mostly sunny by 4pm and 56 degrees
