True. We've only had 2 90 degree days here and they were in April.

Most of the day is rain free though....and not everyone will get one. Classic summertime weather.

friends of ours postponed a BBQ today b/c of the forecast....oops

The problem is most of the public doesn't understand probability forecasts-they see a bolt of lightning on the newscast and assume the day is shot...in reality, 90% of the day is rain free and decent.

the one difference is that we will have a humid airmass in place-today failed b/c the airmass was bone dry and NE winds continued to drive cool/dry air in....precip never had a chance

The RGEM looks more realistic for today with the rains well well east. NAMS are too far west based on current radar
