  4. Dry here-just overcast and humid-guessing the drizzle inland is from S winds lifting over elevated terrain?
  5. Still crappy though-doubt anyone gets off totally rain free
  6. 18z RGEM and GFS target western CT, MA and VT with a stripe of heavy rain
  7. yep defintely had an effect here too-got to 74 on my home thermometer-down to 71 now-going to miss this kind of weather-what a great 5 day stretch
  8. Brutal here-at least one day every weekend this month except Labor Day. At least Sunday looks ok. Windy though

  14. yep alot different than when the sun comes up at 5:30am and sets at 8:30pm
  15. Not here...enjoying having the house open-had to close windows at 3am b/c it got chilly-cools off rapidly after sunset this time of year....
  16. that seems to happen here more in the spring when we get an April or May heatwave-last April had the heat on and 2 days later AC with temps in the 90's.

  21. yeah window units are noisy and dont really take the humidity out of the air...also ugly hanging out of windows lol. Obviously central air costs alot to install and the housing stock in NE is older so you have alot of houses without it....most on my street put in CA over the past 20 yrs that we've been here-just too humid in the summers now...
  22. Odd precip distro on the 12z Euro
  23. probably the warmest day til next spring...
