    Everything is white including pavement. 29f..moderate snow and cold!!..the mixing might not occur north of i80. The precip is outpacing the mix line.

    Coming down pretty darn good right now. Starting to whiten things up on colder surfaces and trees. Temp has dropped to 30f.

    My temp hasnt risen above freezing yet. A forecast high of 36f. Its 31/19f currently. The hrrr is 2 to 4 degrees warmer then current numbers show.

    This is my thinking when it arrives here in the city,some of those rates are going to be impressive,im easily taking the over on the inch here. The best part is the precip trying to outrun the warm sector,its already clearing out in parts of ohio.

    I think a few people are going to be surprized when it arrives as moderate to heavy snow. This is not the shredded type of precip shield either. Also of note,the warm push isnt as pronounced as the models have it with deeper cold involved. I dont see how we dont get more then an inch here imo.

    Good backbuilding from harrisburg up west of allentown up into nnj. Nyc stays in the snow for a bit.

    4.4 here in the northern bronx. Pred p type thruout was snow.sleet also but not as much as advertized. Rn its still snowing with some sleet mixed in.. Temp back to 28f.

    Its still light sneet falling. Its cold too,temps really havent budged from the start. Def helped out the initial ratios and no liquid equivalent wasted. If it had been all snow ,we have 6+ easily up here. As it stands 4+ is a winner.

    Curious to see if it actually starts as snow with a ping here n there. Last event it was pure snow for the northern reaches of the bronx to start.
