    Where have the clippers gone? I feel like in the early 2000s they happened almost every winter? Now in recent years we need a perfect situation to snow and even then it is a struggle. If its been northern stream dominated years, why haven't we had any clippers dive down in that northern stream? Maybe someone with more knowledge can provide some ideas.

    Westminster is an absolute mad house today. This will be my first storm up in Westminster after having lived in Woodbine for a long time as a kid. Excited for whatever happens as we have had a rough stretch up here since I moved here in 2017.

    Got a dusting today in Westminster, patiently waiting for one that gets us decent up here. I don’t think I’ve seen a winter storm warning verify in years? It’ll be nice when we get hit .

    That was the most violent storm I’ve seen in a while up here in Westminster, could see the clouds rapidly ascending before we got pummeled, anyone know what Carroll Regional gusted to? I’m not far from there .

    I think I just got hit by a microburst off Sullivan Road in Westminster, also dime sized hail .

    Looks like my neighbors roof took some damage from the wind. I haven’t heard wind like that in a while, might have to walk around and check the house. .

    I was laughing at that back and forth last night picturing that skins dude just wasted as hell thinking Hanover was right near Philly. He might have a nasty hangover today. .

    I moved up here after I finished school at Towson in 2017 thinking this was going to be awesome being up along Parrs Ridge. I have not really seen anything special yet haha.

    I have a feeling it’s going to get nasty in here the next few days. Tensions are so high, what a strange hobby this is. .

    Has there even been talk in here to make a sub forum that is Northern Maryland - South Central PA? or west of the fall line? Just feel like it’s a war with everyone together and we have a different climo up here. I would probably post more if that was the case too. .
