  1. Yes, so would I. But sharp cutoff with 15" here and just 4" a few miles to the east.
  2. E MA has been the jack for qpf on most model runs for a couple of days now. If we can just get some dynamics going, this should turn out great.
  3. The Ukie at the peak has -2°C 925 here with surface of 34F. At the rates of qpf shown, there should be some dynamic cooling.
  4. Here we are again within 3 days and some of the models still don't have a consistent clue.
  5. I think we can say the same about CMC, too. Just look at the difference from 12z.
  6. Ukie drops 1.2" of QPF here, of which 0.4" is rain since the Pivotal map shows 8" of snow. Yet the surface temp stays at freezing or below throughout, and the upper level freezing levels never get off the outer cape. Makes no sense.
  7. GFS gets the 850 0°C line up to Plymouth and the 925 line almost up to Boston. Yet the Para doesn't get the 850 line any further than the outer cape, and the 925 line just up to the canal. Makes a big difference in why SE MA jacks on the Para.
