  1. We were very concerned but then the Nov cold outbreak threw everyone off. Peeps thought the Nov pattern would continue but instead it reverted back to what Oct looked it in that region. Sad, but what can we do but move forward and try to score once or twice before spring now.
  2. Back to winter talk...Low heights in AK finally getting punched past d7.
  3. You made that post before the run was over so your sarcasm went undetected as a result. Btw the big storm is there.
  4. Good storm signal if the AO relaxes by end of month. We’ll see but far from it being over for SNE.
  5. Clearly you haven’t let the run finish first and no right minded soul a) believed it verbatim and b) thinks or wants a great solution for like 60 consecutive runs anyway.
  6. Maybe for some I guess. I didn’t need one to cool the jets down, it happened on my own. Then my wife and I got together. I am a firm believer people shouldn’t get into serious relationships until their 30’s or whenever they are mature enough to do so. Relying on someone else to help you slow down is unhealthy and could lead to potential issues. Everyone is different and no two scenarios are the same, some folks need it, but psychologists and studies tend to paint the same picture.
  7. If you need a woman to provide structure BEFORE marriage then you’ll struggle while married...and eventually have a mid life crisis of buying a sports convertible at 50 while balding.
  8. Step down still on target, fade the emotional crowd.
  9. Nobody is latching onto that solution, not sure why the GMILF hunter and Dryslutt thought we were. The season has been atrocious and nothing can change that. But we live in the present and look forward to the future for better days, better times. If winter doesn’t return then we have spring to enjoy. Easy transition imo.
  10. Ironic thing is, I have moved on like most..but I’ll take something meaningful at any date on the calendar. As you get older and hopefully wiser, the glass becomes more half full then half empty.
  11. Couldn’t care sure but don’t deny something big wouldn’t be fun to track at least.
  12. Seasonal guys having late Feb/Mar as the best period, some signs of the AO relaxing as wavelengths shorten, we lose the heavy -PNA, and just betting on a snap back to normal (which at peak big storm climo) can produce some good ones.
  13. The winter cannot be changed but what winter weenie wouldn’t take a big snow or two to soften the pain upon exit?
  14. If massive +AO continues then yea, it’s ovah. I’m hedging against that. We’ll see.
  15. Obviously not happening but lets relax the Arctic late in the season and things happen.
  16. I know you and Scoots are very frustrated and want to move on but just hold on a little longer, it’s not over, hold my hand...I’ll take you there.
  17. Just have to get through another 10 days of crap and maybe we ease up on the toiletry.
  18. Because you said no more snow, I say yes and a good amount. You lose...you wear a hat that you’d despise. If we get less than 10” rest of way I’ll do my first mow in a MAGA hat and a wife beater.
  19. He missed some frames too. DIT snowblowing 3ft in a Bernie hat...angry and joyful at the same damn time:
  20. What goes up must come down. End of Feb into Mar should be wintry.
