    Fellas, I’m a deer hunter and we are all hoping for a temperature drop, like, a couple normal OCT/NOV high and dry NW wind days … not gonna happen, is it?

    Headed to Quabbin this week, may rent a boat at Gate 8 or may just fish from shore … this week last year I caught a #5.4lb, 25.5” Landlocked Salmon (State pin!) from the shore there, and several Smallmouth to 19” … one of my favorite places in New England

    Vineyard total whiteout, 5”+ overnight, now fatter flakes flying sideways, wind gusts roaring down the chimney … 6 & 8 year olds in jammies with their faces pressed to the window … gorgeous
