A shallow inversion must have set up shop around here. It was only 44 when I left the house but hit 34 on the car thermo through the low-lying rurals.

Hey @Bubbler86 I believe it was Thursday morning you and I were discussing that Sunday could put on a show and boy did it deliver. Some places around Erie even got into the 6-12" range. Just a very solid wintry day for most of the Commonwealth.

Low of 35 here and still a smattering of snow/graupel on various surfaces. Yesterday was a good reminder that, despite the warm week ahead, winter has not yet had its final say.

An insane graupel shower just rolled through here and covered everything — .1” going in the books. What a day!

An impressive squall just rolled through here with very intense wind gusts and a temp drop of nearly ten degrees. Nothing laid but a beautiful scene.

Snowing heavily at my buddy’s cabin up near Galeton right now.

Cloudy and 40. Everything is wet but nothing in the gauge yet.
Same here but heavier stuff on the doorstep. I’m on my way up to Hershey this afternoon for the state wrestling finals. Stopping at the Hidden Still first. Weather should be nice and miserable.

Low of 35 here, yet had to scrape my windshield. Wasn’t expecting that.

The LES could be quite impressive on Sunday. The sim radar on the Nam looks like a snowstorm in the western half of PA.
Yep, had my eye on that for a while now. Could be rockin'.

MDT officially set the max min record yesterday of 48. A quarter inch of rain here. Count me amongst those who think the back half of March is more likely than not to end up BN. Whether that means any snow to track, only time will tell.

47 with thick fog and .15” of additional rainfall, bringing event-total to a pedestrian .29”.

It is March 5th! It snowed in May, with Accums, a few years ago.
I have received measurable snowfall in 15% of Aprils and 62% of Marchs since I've been keeping records. Have never recorded snowfall in May but did see it falling in late May up near Bradford when my wife and I were on a trip to the Allegheny National Forest. For good measure, October 8% of the time and November 54% (although a few were <.2" for the entire month).

Only .14" of rain here thus far. The March 6th max min record of 45 looks likely to fall. Peter Sinks is having none of it, with a national low of -22.

I went many years, sectionals, districts and states. i had been watching the state finals on PCN. However i think you need to subscribe to flo to watch, correct?
Yeah PCN lost the rights to Flo a few years back and it ruffled quite a few feathers. A shame that it's no longer available for free public viewing.

Yeah that's the right word for it.......interesting. All kinds of disjointed in regards to SLP placement but worth keeping an eye on. A LOT to be sorted out yet.

Low of 24 here. MDT came in a little cooler than forecasted these last few days, making for a final Feb. mean temp of 38.3, good for a T-8th all-time.

Watching a blizzard moving into the Sierra is kinda cool - this is time sensitive, but below are 4 live feeds, first at about 8100', next is at 8900', then 9600', last one is the summit at 11000'. Note how the live conditions deteriorate as you move up in elevation and away from town - about 4 feet is expected in town with over 6 feet up on the hill over the next 60 hours:

A VERY stark difference in conditions over the course of those 2,900' ha.

I am prepared for my beating but yes, I am still rooting for maximum snowfall. April is when I turn the page. Until then, I root for pain haha.
