    Yet another overachiever here in SE Wisconsin. Can’t really get a good measurement but that was a nice dumping. Visibility was around 1/4mi for a good hour at least.

    Can confirm. Been getting really lucky here and the lake enhancement has been the biggest I’ve ever seen in the 5 years I’ve lived on the lake. Going just 5-10 miles inland makes a huge difference. But areas like Kenosha and Racine have been the bullseye in an otherwise lackluster season and the lake has helped push totals even higher. Quite frankly it’s making me nervous I am not looking forward to repayment, probably when the big one hits lol

    We’ve actually done ok here. Am I allowed to be satisfied or is that against the rules? I kid I wish this system panned out better for the region. I just happened to be in a lucky spot.

    Wouldn’t be the first time I’ve gotten lucky here this season but I don’t relish in this super micro climate wins. I hope this over-performs for the region as a whole. God speed. We are officially now casting.

    Flakes just started falling here in the Kenosha area. Very light but early so yay?

    Yeah I totally don’t want this system to pan out. Especially if it bullseyes over GPS coordinates 42.588081, -87.822899 hitting in the morning for a long duration event into the next morning with a foot+ and some bonus lake effect on the backend.. That would suck and I definitely want a massive shift south in the last 48hrs. I’m feeling pretty confident.

    I hope MKE knows something LOT doesn’t. They’re still calling for 6-9+ in Kenosha County while LOT is calling 2-6 in Lake County. I understand lake enhancement is included in the totals but this seems like a pretty big jump moving one county south. Going in expecting LOT to be more accurate and if it ends up being more I’ll take it. Just glad to get some white stuff down to cover the brown grass at this point but geesh this has been a rough slide even by our standards.

    Finally some good news. My car is filthy I’m parking it outside on Friday.

    Still coming down pretty good here. In an otherwise garbage season I’ve been pretty lucky.

    Definitely over performing here we’re at about 2in and still more to come. Trees are covered and roads are slick. Sad I’m excited about 2-3in but I didn’t expect more than a dusting so I’m going to have a beer and let myself enjoy.
