    Now, basically all models in the 10" - 15" range, with a good/classic coastal storm track and near perfect high pressure placement. Some sleet NYC S/E, but not before A LOT of snow....

    That was the only model that had NYC/ N NJ at less than 10", all other models just need to remain roughly steady and we are good to go.

    New NAM is 12" plus for almost all in NYC forum with a much further south primary and more confluence, cut back significantly in Central NE...wow

    For most in NYC subforum, NYC NWS downplaying any material mixing (outside of 'may mix with sleet/ice for a time near the coast'), and going with 6 - 12" and specific mention of areas of 12"+. Major snowstorm incoming...

    NAM would be a major snowstorm (or basically two separate storms) with possibly some mix depending with the 2nd system, probably 10"+ regionwide..

    I think round/low 2 is basically done for most of area, round/low 1 however good for 2-4"... If that verifies, 4-7" over 2 days for most on forum

    Light accumulating snow here, new coating since I cleaned car 20 minutes ago

    Light snow/flurries continue to fall with a final of 3.2". Piles look as large if not larger than 12/13 storm when I had 7" though...11.4" for the season, 1st double digit December in at least 6/7 years I think...

    It does, resembles the GFS initial tongue of precip, if snow starts before 5PM or so we should be in good shape

    NAM/GFS (and others) now all in agreement for 5" - 10" for NYC metro. Enjoy!
