Last night's Euro was great for Central VA, but not as much DC/MD if I recall correctly. Wouldn't a slight/moderate shift north be good for most of the forum?

Forecasts for today in Lynchburg ranged from 57-62 a couple days ago. It barely got over 40 today with persistent low cloudcover.

Love it. it can stay right where it is though ... don't want to wake up to 34 degree rain in Lynchburg on Thursday morning with 6" on the ground back home.

GFS looks way south and weaker ...

I'd take that, especially since I will be in Lynchburg on the 28th.

1-2" according to the NAM here for Friday. A light event would be really nice, but honestly I don't expect anything.

Long-time lurker here! Definitely going to be on the margin of rain/snow for this one (as usual on the southern edge of the Mid-Atlantic forum) but hoping for the first significant December snow since ... is it 2009?
