  1. 33.1⁰ now....enjoy the heat down there, that's crazy
  2. Already down to 41.2⁰....probably sub 30⁰ coming up tomorrow morning?
  3. September 22nd, filled the oil tank @$3.80 per gallon on the open market. Today, the price has hit $5.19 per gallon....all based on speculation
  4. 76 beautiful degrees out there.....frost by morning? If not probably Sunday morning
  5. not here....I can see it from my window though, just won't move anymore NW Hopefully this isn't a preview for this winter....
  6. Now can we get one of these systems in January?
  7. If I recall that was the model that was showing little to no rainfall this weekend? Creeks and streams are still really low here, any rain would be appreciated.
  8. Wind died down overnight, temp bottomed out at 37.0⁰ Definitely a crisp fall morning
  9. 84/69....legit summer on September 19th.....2 years ago today I had a low of 30.2 degrees with solid frost
  10. Damp, 60/59..... Anyone know what shows up on radar, typically during the morning hours near Old Lyme/Old Saybrook region of CT? Is it birds? Looks almost like a volcano erupting, lol...
  11. More color showing up this morning on my drive through Roxbury....
  12. Well I am glad I brought the Lemon tree in last night....38.7⁰ at the moment, just a bit colder than forecasted
  13. We replaced a 15 year old hot water heater with one of these. Electrical usage went from almost 5k kwh to 1100 kwh. It rings out roughly 5 gallons of water a week during the summer. Great dehumidifier. Only issue we have had, when it is really cold in the basement, it has a tough time making hot water.
  14. Pushing 4 inches now....up until about 30 minutes ago the yard was in good shape. Now lots of ponding showing up....pool is now up to the top of the skimmer
  15. 2.87" total as of 8:15 am today, probably tack on another 1-2 inches at our current rate.
  16. 1.10" for the day here, thankfully we live on a hill, in the valley. Plus the sandy soil allows for excellent drainage. No basement worries here, at least for now. Hate to waste the precip jack during the warm season....
  17. 7-10 split here so far....congrats to those to our south, they have been parched
  18. A whopping 0.13" since yesterday....dried out nicely, might end up with a nice day. Great practice for this winter, GFS and UKMET out to lunch so far down here. Only the first quarter, so we have plenty of time to catch up. 12z HRRR develops some storms later on, definitely flooding potential if that occurs as shown.
  19. Raining nicely with rumbles of thunder, 0.10" so far.....See if we can pull of 1-3 inches over the next couple of days. Muggy too 78/72
  20. Would love to see this in January, with a nice crisp/cold airmass out ahead of it of course....
