  1. Didn't seem like that much at all. Must have been pretty decent rain overnight, but generally it was light, misty rain that I experienced.
  2. Officially the coolest morning of the season. Down to 40. I expect that to be surpassed late this week. Probably get frost advisories too.
  3. Really wasn't all that much rain it looks like. Maybe .5"? Would have pissed a ton of people off had they advertised 1"+ of precip in January.
  4. Looks like we'll end up slightly below normal for the month.
  5. Yeah, it's unrealistic to even think there won't be another warm stretch or two. Will it be 80s, maybe, but obviously less likely in October, but 70s are still likely. We should just enjoy the extended cool down we have for likely the next week plus.
  6. Well, thank you Fiona for some Fall weather. Hopefully it can jump start the leaves changing nicely too.
  7. Yeah, low 60s Friday. Wow. Maybe that ex-Typhoon hitting Alaska is the culprit?
  8. Doesn't look too long. Mid week next week, then Fall again. Not too unusual in my opinion. This month, temperature wise has been pretty average. Rain wise too much, so this dry stretch is nice.
  9. As long as the highs generally stay in the 70s I'm good. Lower humidity would be nice though.
  10. I'll take the lower highs. Would like those comfortable lows in the 50s, but what can we do.
  11. Last year was not egregiously warm, mostly warm lows and 2020 was actually slightly cooler than normal. So, probably don't to sell to anyone they've been pretty good the last couple years.
  12. To start the Almanacs look good for us for winter, lol.
  13. Figured I'd start it a little early, as I will be out of town this weekend starting the 1st. Happy Fall!
  14. I'm going to go look at it now, lol. Edit: Lol, how do they get away with that?
  15. Not saying it can't happen, it just doesn't seem likely this year. Those late September 90s are not common.
  16. It's done that many times this year, even sending us to nearly 100 multiple times this year, and it never panned out. I'd say we top out at 88 for September. This summer has mostly under performed models it seems. Though, September would be the month when we hit 90 again, after blanking in August and almost not making it in July, lol.
  17. Might have a shot at a late season 90 today. It is hot out there right now (11:45 am). Edit: May not with rain so close. This was probably our last shot at 90 for the year. I'd expect mid 80s at times in September, but doesn't seem the recent pattern is for extreme heat, just occasional warmer than normal days.
  18. Gotta say, not thrilled with that little low over New Orleans. I am travelling there on the 1st, so hope that little trend disappears.
  19. Looks like a few lower to possibly mid 80s for a couple days starting tomorrow. But no big heat. I just hope there isn't a turn around to heat in September.
  20. Yeah, no rain, lol. That was the one hiccup. Today looks absolutely perfect.
