    Pretty crappy day out there. Looks and feels more like early Spring or Fall, just a bit warmer.

    Looks like from obs we did hit 90 today.

    Local storm reports from the area I was in yesterday afternoon were for 61 mph wind gusts. I believe it totally. I've never seen wind like that. Kind of scary at times, especially when I was trying to close up a pop-up tent during the pre storm winds.

    89 is looking likely again. Maybe an interhour reading touched 90, but this is really something crazy.

    Of course, lol. HAs hit 88, but dropped back to 87. The temperature gauge out at that airport has to be calibrated wrong.

    Figures, lol. Does anyone think the storms that rolled through yesterday was a Derecho? I was up at my church's festival trying to set up for the night and it was absolutely wild. Tents flying and things bending everywhere. A little scary for a period. Worst storm I've seen in a long time.

    Yeah, Sunday would be my pick day to hit the mark. Just the Pittsburgh oddity rearing up again. Everywhere, literally everywhere around is 90s+ and we struggle to get the upper 80s.

    Looking at the radar, am I the only one skeptical that this rain is done by 2pm? Looks like that long trail of rain is aimed right at us.

    Yeah, was supposed to be about 88 and sunny today, big bust, lol.

    Lol, the GFS wants to give us near all time record heat on 7-28-22. 101.

    Yeah, I saw that. A little too far to even really keep an eye on at this point. I'll pay attention once inside 240.

    Euro's bringing back mid and upper 90s for late next week.

    There's definitely a few chances next week, if the conditions are right. Beyond that, who knows?

    Yeah, it'd be weird considering it was 94 in June. Could happen though.

    Wow, GFS went from 96 next Friday to 66 are pouring in a few runs.

    Hit at least 88 at PIT. We'll see if interhour it went higher. But today overachieved, while yesterday underachieved. Edit: Topped out at 89 today.

    Honestly, for my plans, deathly hot and dry, sorry to everyone, lol. Could get a mix too, start in one regime and then the dome shifts. But, the humidity is much better. At one point the dew point was 74 today, down to 63 now.

    I really don't care if it rains. We all know eventually the flood gates will open, so the situation is never really dire here. I would however like to see no rain next week, as it's our church's festival all next week. Looks like it's a rainy forecast for next week based on more recent model runs. Not happy about that, but time to change for sure.
