    Everything seems to be drying up as it gets North into CT; there is the chance with that band on the MA/CT border

    Still bouncing between 97/98F in E CT, although house is about to be shaded my weather station is at the property edge and will see full sun for another 2 hours. Thankful this is not FL with my block construction and barrel tile roof; holds the heat like a Dutch oven

    Showing 97F on the home station on E CT and 99F not far away. Currently in Newport working and went from 90F to 84 close to the water; Seabreeze has kicked in

    Just missed the storm that hit the Griswold/Lisbon area; ton of lightning….I guess a house got hit in Lisbon and maybe a bank in Griswold.

    They appear to be struggling to make it east of the river. I assume there is a more stable air mast the further east you get

    Won’t lie, have enjoy the SE wind the past couple of days; still managed to reach 86F but quickly cooled off
