98-100F along the I 395 corridor, the Seabreeze is visible on radar, pushing up from the southern coast; we’ll see what that does to knock down temperatures in the next couple hours
Home after the trek back from PT Judith, 84-88F on Rt 138 from URI until I got to I-395; once on 395 in Plainfield Killingly temps jumped to 91, 89 now at home. There is a nice breeze here now making it somewhat tolerable outside.
I was fortunate to spend most of the day on Block Island, temps there in the low 70s. I am making my way back home in Eastern Connecticut and temps have only risen to 86. Look at radar looks like there’s a nice sea breeze running up to 395 temp at home dropped from 95 to 90
What kind of sea breeze interaction can we see during this stretch? Only reason asking last night its appears one formed and made it down into NE CT judging by radar. After spending 9 years working outside in S FL I was keen to watching the sea breeze develop on radar for indication where storms might start to form.
