  1. So do I, but let's be logical about it. Half the fun is tracking... at least to me
  2. Ask George, he's probably working on uploading it now
  3. They're awesome in the snow, lots of fun! I have snows on my Vanagon so that could be a blast lol
  4. Most likely, probably...but it is worth watching. I've seen many times over many years in the area where we do better than expected. However if the cutoff really ends up as sharp as the HRRR then we'll both be joy riding just west
  5. I'm really just speaking of Granby/Simsbury. Storms like this over the years I've seem more mimic closer to the Hartland climate than the valley... but its a fine line craps shoot
  6. Nice. I wouldn't be surprised if that 2-5 is a little too far west in the Rt 10 corridor, we'll see
  7. Apparently it wasn't, maybe I'm thinking 2015? This is according to Will, and we all know he has some kind of weather implant to Google in his brain. The man can recall events 30 years ago on a dime
  8. I knew if anybody would remember it would be you. My God man, it's like dealing with Spock
  9. True. However some surface maps had the low up the Hudson like Sully
  10. We did well in Westfield/Simsbury this last storm. I'm curious to see if this does as the GFS clown shows. It has that big dividing line between Granby and East Granby that I've mentioned too much lately
  11. Even a couple NAM runs...among others had it going up the Hudson, before transferring roughly off the Cape
  12. More times than not it will. I lived in New Hartford between 2012 and 2014 and just those two winters there I saw it compared to Simsbury. Although definitely not as much as if you were up in say Granville MA
  13. I'll take it! 6.5 inches from the last event was better than I expected
  14. I always hate to say this because it just sounds too But my gut says WOR may do quite well
  15. Got that right! Being stuck home with a cold/rsv/flu or whatever the f**k it is.... I need something to do
  16. Chances, yes. The GFS must be taking its deep fantasy snowpack into consideration with those Christmas morning temp profiles
  17. I'm not convinced that you're almost sort of in the game at least. Up at my office in Simsbury this looks like a situation where we could be snow while just over the ridge east its a different scene. We'll have to see the track and dynamics...
  18. We've installed a TON of the Interlockits for our customers with portables. Allows nice flexibility
  19. I could see this as one of those storms where BDL has little, but a few miles west is hammered (or something more generous). That line that sets up in these systems just west of West Springfield down west of West Hartford etc.
  20. I think that's my concern at this point is bomb...or really strengthening as it moves by, so we're not flooded with ocean air
  21. Same here. It certainly doesn't look great for many here, but out this way we've done well with these setups. Even snow to mix/rain is ok with me... just give me a winter type storm
