Nice! Yeah, my 77 Westfalia still has the gas heater. Its next in line for resto. My 83 van has a factory auxiliary diesel heater. I'll heat the interior from 30° to about 70° in a few minutes!

It completely depends on size and brand. Most units I've ordered have come in within six weeks. I do have one that has been on order for two months and still waiting, however its supposed to be in soon. Probably once we actually have snow on the ground

LOL...well, I have two beetles both 1975s a 77 camper and an 83 Vanagon Diesel. I restored that green one in my garage including paint. Its gone to shows 300 miles from home no problem!

If that part of the glacier is already floating on the water, isn't there already displacement from it regardless of whether it's attached to anything?
