36 degrees at home and in Simsbury with patchy dense fog. Sounds like BDL is 20 degrees warmer than here just a few miles away

I hear that. We took a friends wife on her first snowmobiling trip during an extreme arctic outbreak several years back, I think one day had a high of -5... she was NOT impressed!
