  1. We had a ton a couple weeks back, but they've pretty much gone early this year... thank God. However we've had more mosquitos than usual, although we rarely have much of any where I live for some reason
  2. Excellent. Been completely enjoying the filtered sun and lower temps so far this season. Lets keep it going!
  3. Installed a couple weeks back when we had the 80 degree day(s) but haven't run them much. We have chinchillas and they have to be kept under 75 degrees. They're a great pet to have as an excuse to keep the house cool.
  4. I'm leaving a job in Suffield and it has certainly gotten worse the last hour or so!
  5. Missed it! What happened this time? Not more of that crap from opening day?
  6. Had pea size hail in Westfield. Best lightning display we've seen in a couple years here.
  7. Must be the wealth part of commonwealth...state worker O.T.
  8. Lets do this. Need to pressure wash the treatment from last nights "squall" off the roads!
  9. We had enough in Westfield to where the commonwealth (LOL) felt the need to put down enough treatment for a month
  10. I hope it dies before it gets here! I don't want any more treatment on the roads damn it
  11. Morning obs in Simsbury, It's very MOIST and 37 degrees
  12. Agreed, but with our luck we'll probably wind up with the new paraplegic Euro, like that GFS thing from a few years back...
  13. We did this in '18 right after we moved to Westfield. Installed them once and done. They seem to know what to do to keep our yard populated year after year We haven't seen one tic in the yard either
  14. 30 here as well. Nothing except snow piles left to melt though. Need some rain to get the treatment off the roads. Life has thrown way too many curve balls the last month... like 5 years worth. I need to get the car out of storage and go cruising!
  15. Come on man! It only USED to look that bad
  16. Well, 45 partly sunny and the early spring cool/warm feel to the air today. The "pack" isn't going to survive this long. At this point lets melt it out and get a couple rainers to get the treatment off the roads. I'm in the mood to take the old Bug out for the first drive of the season
  17. Tells me I'm back in the 80s...except I've had a better year than several (many) of those.
  18. UGH yeah, been there on a visit in mid June and it was NASTY
  19. Probably most of April also the way things tend to work out
  20. 12 inches total in Westfield, but it's compacted quickly. I need to check this because my totals are at home... but I believe that brings the season to just about 30 inches
  21. Coming down moderately and just starting to stick again to paved surfaces
  22. Seeing that here. It immediately got rid of any drizzle also, so thats hopeful. down to 33 again also
  23. Picking up in intensity in Westfield, back to moderate now
