  1. I cant wait until the pattern changes. All this frustration will be a thing of the past and we will all win.
  2. And let's talk about the possibility of a storm for the day after Xmas. It was mentioned by 2 of our local MET's here in CT and that they are keeping a close eye on it. Interesting for sure.
  3. Have faith buddy. I watch Gil Simmons ( WTNH )live feed every morning on Facebook live. He is on board for a much colder ( and hopefully Snowier ) January.
  4. C'mon seriously people. Humor is all we have right now. I'm wanting snow as much as anyone else in here, trust me. I am one of the biggest Weenies here. Proud of it!
  5. Huh?? Trying to be funny, but I can't figure you guys out, or your humor.
  6. Ha! That's ok.. I couldn't find a weenie that worked for you. Way to small to see. ;-)
  7. Holy smokes... Did you see that big Blizzard for after Christmas on all the models?? NEITHER DID I LOLOLOLOL ( Sorry, couldnt help myself and its a slow week at the office hahaha )
  8. I'm curious what the euro is showing. That was the warmest and most North. Has that settled south of it with the latest run
  9. Although... Was it the Euro that was the warmest for the event this past weekend? Wasn't it correct?
  10. Love your enthusiasm, but George... It is not happening. We don't have enough cold air for that either. I'm telling you... We have to wait until January ( which I felt all along was the case ) for things to go our way. Patience my friend. It will come
  11. Well.. Taking away 2 days.. It is 2 weeks until the New Year ;-)
  12. In all honesty, how is it even possible to make a forecast a week or more out. There is not one model that has been consistent. And I dont mean a little off, I'm talking one extreme to another within 24 hours. Point is, no one can really make a confident forecast on what the weather will do if it's several days out. Its so crazy. I don't remember it being this volatile ever!?
  13. A lot of you are focusing ( and melting down because of it ) on what is going to happen on Christmas. Winter is not over because we didn't have a real good amount of snow specially Southern New England and the tri-state by Christmas. Everybody wants a white Christmas, and trust me, it's such a nice thing to have the holiday, but it does not mean that we're not going to have a decent winter when we have January February and March coming up to have a decent amount of cold and snow. I myself don't want snow on Christmas Eve or Christmas day as I have to travel to families and that's more important to me than being stuck at home because of a snowstorm on the holiday. Some of you may disagree which is fine, but the older I get the more my family and time spent with them is important ( as well as the holiday itself which is all about sharing and giving ). I have no problem with getting all the snow and cold in the next 3 months.
  14. So far My forecasts from the local Mets are still calling for highs in the 30s for the Christmas weekend.
  15. Iv3e said it before. I dont want it to Snow on Christmas Eve anyway. A lot of people will be going to family and friends that night. Also, lets just hopw the pattern changes for January and February. Look at the models... Just a run or two was cold and dry fpr Christmas.. Now the Euro is warm. What the he'll are these models doing. All I will say is be prepared for quick changes and some surprise storms that will make us all happy. Embrace the pattern... It is one of the most changeable patterns we have seen.
  16. Was never supposed to be anything substantial ( unless you're in the mountains )
  17. Man.. You guys are a bunch of whiners. Storm is to far north...storm is DC special... Rain on Xmas.... Cold and dry. Isn't there a somewhere y'all can throw all your crying and complaning into thats not here ( and most of you are adults ). I mean.. Joking is one thing. Lol
  18. This is and has been a northern Massachusetts through the green and white mountains, as well as northern northern Nee York and Western Marine type of storm. Yeah, I'll get a little mix snow and some sleet ( and rain ) just to get that wintry feel in the air. Anxiously and patiently waiting for that first big snowfall for the tri-state area
  19. I never never thought this was going to be good in our neck of the woods. We were splitting hairs. Ours will come. Patience.
  20. I agree. Plus, my sister hosts a very big Gathering every Christmas Eve and we had to skip it last year. So, I'm really looking forward to it. I'd rather see us have big months in January and February. By that point will have forgotten about December anyway
  21. Why?? Because it won't give you what you want..lol Don't worry.. I'm sure you're safe. I never heard of that model anyway.
