    Is it possible they don't want to take away from the current wind chill headline the further west you go where the snow threat is less.. Let that expire then issue the watch or warning? Or is that not how it works? Scratch that. I see the wwa now

    Exactly.. models are having a hard time figuring out each storm 72 hours out as its predisesor is being ironed out. problem is it's a parade of storms each within 72 hours
