    I dont think nyc proper gets 8-12 EASY..we're kind of in a delicate situation haha...Anywhere from queens east is locked though Id go 6-12" nyc ' 4-8 me and newark

    Eh idk, this storm is extremely dynamic - Im positive someone up there will near 40" just glad it isnt me haha

    I love big snowstorms - but im not entirely sure Id want 40" worth of snow drop in my city on top of 50mph winds 8-12 will be fine thanks, ill pick up my order tomorrow

    40" is cool to see on the maps but it doesn't translate that well in real life..no matter how much you love snow

    We just have to accept the fact thats its becoming increasingly hard to snow in NYC , we either get a big one or we usually whiff. We cant nickel and dime are way to avg or above anymore

    Big *if* , cad holds strong , id think frz rain would be the outcome during the early stages.

    We do and we dont..though we dont get snow consistently, when we do its usually bigly. We experienced a decade+ of super intense winter storms. Lets not get depressed because one year might not produce .. With warming ocean waters , its only a matter of time we experience something ridiculous. Patience is a virtue

    00z seems very identical to 18z ; LP few mb stronger - both LP and HP virtually unchanged at hr96

    HR 84 LP just a few ticks SW of its position vs 18z

    LP virtually in the same position on the GFS at 78hr at 00z vs 18z HP displaced further west
