  1. I never liked October nor'easters/cool shots in terms of what winter could bring... To me this indicates we're about to have a warm *** nov-december before we get whopped by a huge storm. Big storm front end of winter followed by mush is what I'm thinking But I'll tell you what..forget what Forky is saying , This really is the "seasons of yesteryear" and I think @Volcanic Wintergot it right...that water vapor injection into the stratosphere is playing a major role
  2. It does, and feels very different. Not really "yesteryear" but damn close. Boring summer with a gradual decline towards cool. Big oct noreaster? We'll see
  3. I'd steal your girl tho and I'm broke as ****
  4. Think these storms are a result from the outflow from the southern storms earlier
  5. Sandy? But seriously weathers been so extreme that Im just waiting for a cat 4 to barrel right up ny harbor or the Chesapeake bay. Its gonna happen

  17. I think the smell of the Newark bay is scaring away the thunderstorms
  18. "A woman was killed and another was injured when a huge tree fell into a pool in the Bronx on Monday. The incident was reported at a private pool at the River Terrace Apartments around 1:30 p.m. on Palisade Avenue." another man had a large limb fall on his head while in a park in brooklyn
  19. Ive been noticing an increase of tree damage the last couple of weeks(large branches, even some downed trees) probably from the gusty winds following the CF thurs/fri between the drought and laternflies, i think we have a serious problem if we get any storm that produces 40+mph winds
  20. Can we box and ship Forky off to the Sahara desert?
