  1. The upper air (850 and 925 temps) are the same or slightly colder in the NYC area than down in Phily (where it is snow) so well see what the BL temps do once the precip starts. Temps will need to cool 3-5 degrees
  2. Upper levels are cooling so next round should be all snow even for LI
  3. Radar looks like some decent bands in Southern and Central Jersey may make it up to the metro area after a brief lull

  8. 4.5 inches here. Fliiped to sleet at 115. Prob would have had another inch if it stayed all snow....

  12. At an inch here in Western Nassau (snowing mostly lightly since 645am). Starting to pick up
  13. The 1 inch liquid line is only 20 miles south of JFK
  14. crazy cutofff on the NAM. About .5 precip in NYC/LI and 1 inch of liquid literally 30-40 miles south of LI

  17. After decreasing from 1.25-1/35 QPF from last night's runs to around .65-.7; on the 18Z, you gotta think the NAM trends back North just a bit at 0Z??
