    The upper air (850 and 925 temps) are the same or slightly colder in the NYC area than down in Phily (where it is snow) so well see what the BL temps do once the precip starts. Temps will need to cool 3-5 degrees

    4.5 inches here. Fliiped to sleet at 115. Prob would have had another inch if it stayed all snow....

    After decreasing from 1.25-1/35 QPF from last night's runs to around .65-.7; on the 18Z, you gotta think the NAM trends back North just a bit at 0Z??
